Reflexology & Naamflexology

“Just moments after Cindy places her magical hands on you, you begin to feel healed. You walk away feeling nourished as well as having had a workout that gets your organs working like a well oiled machine. My foot pain went away permanently after 2 sessions. I recommend her without hesitation.“ – Sharon Melnick, Ph.D.

Reflexology is an ancient health care practice perfect for our current lifestyle. It uses the principle of applying pressure to certain areas on the feet, hands or ears that correspond to our organs, glands and nervous system. It gently guides the body towards better functioning by improving lymphatic drainage and venous circulation, stimulation to the nerve pathways and muscle relaxation. The body’s overall energy is balanced, promoting relaxation and relieving stress. It is simple, non intrusive and effective.

Naamflexology  a rare combination of reflexology paired with Divine Spiritual Wisdom.  While resting peacefully on a massage table, working with a personalized high grade essential oil, your feet and lower legs are massaged with precision to transport you into a deep state of relaxation, enhancing your health and well being on all levels.

Foot bathing and massaging:

Prepare warm water with SEA SALT( epsom salts are hard on the kidneys ) and EUCALYPTUS OIL. For the first 3 minutes massage your feet with your hands, then sit back and relax, breathing as consciously as you can.

A wonderful practice to work on your brain and vitality is BAREFOOT WALKING on the morning dew filled grass and or the beach.

“Cindy has been working on my feet for years now. Whether I have high stress levels or back pain, or recently recovering from the trauma of childbirth, Cindy has a healing touch and is sensitive to all of my specific physical issues. Her work is trans formative.” – S. Crowner Artist/Mother
